MONTANIER is a pioneer in the design, manufacture, installation and qualification of custom wash cabins, and very efficient, for the cosmetic industries. Our know-how and our constant questioning allowed us to develop, with one of our renowned customers, a small washing booth being able to have optimal efficiency on washing mascaras, foundation, ink or other lipsticks. Our cabins are designed to have an impeccable washing result, without requiring manual pre-washing. The quality of our design, hygienic, BPF and GMP compliant, is also very important in the realization of our machines.
Our customer is thus able to wash and dry all types of small equipment, parts and utensils, such as:
Filters, sieves, mazes, shovels, buckets, punches, joints, elbows, buckets, cones, futs, collars, lids, pumps, pallets...
Our machines are capable of washing, deodorizing, drying, with recognized efficiency, products such as:
Lotions, shampoos, mascaras, foundation, lipsticks, products containing Carbopol, products containing vaseline, exfoliants, pigmented products, UV filters, perfumes, shower gels, toothpastes, foaming products...
The utensils washing machine type TETRA MLU-1500.P is composed of:
- A 316L stainless steel washing cabinet with an interchangeable washing basket. This basket can be customized according to your application. The enclosure is closed with a double vertical door and horizontal flap, locked.
- Four low-pressure wash ramps mounted on rotating joints allow washing in circulation (water saving), and a flushing of lost water, softened water or purified water.
- A soundproofed technical space accessible from:
- The sides of the machine with removable access panels
- The facade using two access doors under the washing chamber
