Our customer wanted the redevelopment of a laundromat to the current standards taking into account the respect of the wash flow (dirty area / wet area / drying area) not existing to date.
Our experience has allowed us to bring him serenity in his project. We worked on traffic flows and transfers of dirty, laundry and clean materials to ensure that we had no crossing. Its laundry is now GMP/GPF compliant.
Our expertise has also been used to provide our customer with suitable floor coverings, partitions in accordance with the needs in use, access doors and appropriate HVAC dimensions.
In addition, as equipment and types of washing products have evolved over time, some existing machines have been improved and remodeled. Other non-existent equipment was designed to meet the new needs (Flexible washing machine type CLF, washing machine type MLU-M1500, washing box for portable tanks in dry zone).
Our delivery included:
- Definition with the customer of the installation of the equipment respecting the flow management.
- Design, improvement of all the equipment present in the laundry.
- Wastewater recovery using sealed encumbrances and lift pumps.
- Definition of clean hardware storage racks.
- FAT, Start-up, SAT, Training for all equipment.
- Engineering assistance in the definition and implementation of new soils, new partitions, doors, utility definitions and dimensioning and HVAC.
The result fully satisfied our customer, who was able to present her laundry as a showcase for her employees and other factories in the group. Our customers' satisfaction is our best reward.
