Water treatment
- Pre-treatment (entered): Implementation of a tank deburdening using the principle of settling. This principle consists of separating the solid phase from the liquid phase by difference in density and setting up a hydrocarbon separator.
- Secondary treatment (entered): Establishment of a 20m3 lift tank with aerobic biological reactor. The bioreactor contains microorganisms which, thanks to oxygen injection, consume dissolved pollution and develop. A recirculation pump, installed in the lift tank, allows the sludge to be recovered. Then she evacuates them into the mud tank.
- Tertiary (air) treatment: Skid filtration that improves the filter quality of recycled water. Once the water is filtered, it is discharged into a treated water storage buffer tank.
Washer head rotary
Montanier has innovated with the rotating head washer, composed of 3 washing heads. They cover a surface of about 2.20 m x 2.00 m in the shape of a triangle. This system offers the advantage of being versatile especially for a parade wash. Its recessed ground is also shallow. This makes it easier to integrate the existing site and evacuate the wastewater (depending on the thread of the gaze in the gutter). We supply the frame to seal in hot galvanized steel to the damger to thus integrate it into the masonry. In order to get better guidance, we install a pair of guide wheel guides and thus limit the risk of tyre pinching. In order to guarantee an excellent washing result, we equip the heads with high pressure nozzles. This equipment allows energetic washing, covering an important surface. It also avoids any effect of « Penciling » harmful to the quality of washing. These nozzles are also the guarantee not to degrade hoses and other fragile equipment under chassis. The washing ramp is powered by a reinforced HP hose. This hose passes through the ground, in a sheath arriving at the technical room. Our teams connect it to the high pressure group with the necessary valve sets. A specific hot galvanized steel slat is made on cornes between the heads.

Washing machine
Our R&D teams have developed a wash chair. In order to improve the quality of vehicle washing, without slowing down the rate of washing, we recommend setting up a chassis + lower case washing system + wheels running at the parade. Undercast washing station Cold water 300 L/min at 20 bars, consisting of 3 fixed ramps equipped with flat jet nozzles. We complete this system with a horizontal ramp for underframe washing. We also have 2 vertical ramps for washing the bottoms, wheels and sides of vehicles. This system allows to wash the lower parts of the vehicle (often soiled and other particles) before the brush or portico tunnel, thus avoiding scratches on the bodywork and providing excellent washing quality.

Bus washing tunnel
The bus washing tunnel is a fixed equipment for parade washing. Our teams are galvanizing the entire structure. This system allows it to be installed inside and outside. We guarantee longevity and reliability thanks to many mechanical components made of stainless steel. Four side brushes and a roof brush make up this washing tunnel. Our R&D team has considered facilitating maintenance. It has thus equipped the tunnel with high density brushes with extruded and flowered HDPE wire, shell with simplified single-point closure. We can thus ensure that the approximate life of this equipment is 50,000 washes. The rotation of the brushes and the inclination of the ramps in relation to the direction of passage cause the brushes to open and close when they are in contact with the walls of the vehicle. At the entrance of the tunnel, we install a roof brush integrated into an additional box. Rotation of the brush on the body while the bus is passing causes its lift and constant support on the entire vehicle flag. Three PVC arches, equipped with demountable flat jet nozzles, provide water distribution. Our teams then complete these arches with 2 vertical ramps and 1 horizontal ramp, attached to the structure.

Washing rack
Stop & Go washing rack is a mobile equipment for washing buses. This portico is a Montanier innovation. Our teams fully galvanize its hot structure. This system allows it to be installed inside and outside. Because he is totally caressed, we protect the organs from the weather. We equip the wash portico with two side brushes and a roof brush. To ensure this whole system, we install the two side brushes suspended from motorized trolleys. They move on a ramp. They provide front and rear washing by double scanning, as well as side washing. The horizontal roof brush is mounted on a vertical slide, and the lower climb is carried out via a motor-reducer and a chain link. We have developed a motor-reducing device, enslaved to intensity sensors, which drive the opening and closing of brushes. Thanks to this ingenious system, the support is constantly adjusted, depending on the effort that the brushes encounter. Rotation is carried out in the direction of passage of the vehicle (which in particular preserves roof equipment). Our wash portico provides water distribution thanks to two PVC arches. We're equipping these arches with flat jet nozzles.
