Our R&D team has developed multi-format container washing equipment. Our customer needed to have a machine for indoor / outdoor washing of multi-format containers used in the manufacture of non-injection virus detection kits.
In addition, he wanted to have the traceability of washing cycles complying with FDA 21 CFR PART 11.
Given the specific expectations of the customer, we have created a custom machine that meets the following criteria:
- Interior design without asperity or retention.
- Interior polished mirror finish stainless steel grade 316L.
- Design and manufacture of parts of FDA-certified polymers for fixing different containers.
- Orbital weld where possible with traceability of each weld.
- Integration of a high-pressure washing head 110 bar 80 l/min for inner washing of receptacles.
- Addition of wash ramps in the upper and lower parts of the cabin to impact all the outer surfaces of the washing receptacles.
- Integration of a conductivity probe for rinsing water validation.
- Waterproofness of the cabin by inflatable joint.
- Saving and printing tickets at the end of the cycle.
