MONTANIER designs washing, disinfection, custom drying and very efficient equipment for the cosmetics industries on a daily basis. Our customers have used our expertise to develop, manufacture and implement mobile tank washing solutions in dry areas.
Our product allows to wash the tank, through its manhole, and remove the effluent by the drain valve, without putting a drop of water on the floor in the laundry.
The tank is connected waterproof to a top washing head, and a hose allowing washing of the bottom valve and discharge of effluent to the wastewater system, in a completely watertight manner.
The washing box consists of:
- An enclosure / washing cabin bounded by sandwich panels, stainless steel interior finish
- The enclosure / box is closed by a fast winding curtain, with lock detection for locking during the washing cycle
- In the technical area, a skid made with a 304L stainless tube chassis, resting on 4 anti-vibration feet, forming a stainless steel retention tray with stop valve, intended to receive 1 or more washing pumps. The technical skid is open, allowing access to maintenance equipment. Optionally, we can offer you to close the skid with stainless steel panels and soundproof doors with 30mm thick cellular foam.
- Skid is equipped with:
- All pipes designed without dead arms or retention area. The 316L stainless steel pipes are completely drainable.
- All valves, low and high pressure, necessary for operation
- Arrivals of detergents, measured online
- The high pressure pump to power the tank wash
- The filtered compressed air set, to use clean compressed air
- The filtered steam set to use clean steam for thermal disinfection.
- The washing box is equipped with:
- A washing head suspended from the ceiling, by a load balancer or a palan installed in a stainless steel box.
- An ergonomic bridge for access to the dome of the tank (often the tanks have a height of more than 2m).
- A drain and washing piping of the tank bottom valve, with connection to the customer's effluent system.
- We have adapted one of our innovations on these wash boxes, in order to bring an efficient washing of the tank bottom valve, allowing our customers not to need to remove it to wash it.
