Washing of cheese vats

Montanier has developed a washing station tanks cheese making. This washing station is equipped with a washing gallows of mobile tanks. This gallows is powered by a washing unit with lifting pump.

Washing equipment Muralinox

Muralinox is a compact washing equipment for washing and disinfection of all surfaces. You can decide to attach it to a wall, or place it on a chassis on the floor. We have developed this Muralinox, among other things, for the agri-food industries. With the Muralinox, we placed 3 functions in one equipment. High pressure washing function, foam function and disinfection function. Wash/rinsing is provided by a HP stainless steel head pump, which allows high pressure water distribution. A stainless steel HP case, designed and developed specifically by MONTANIER, provides foam and disinfection functions. Injection of water with foaming product and compressed air produces foam. This combination produces a foam sprayed with a spear. The foam produced in this way has one of the best on the market. This efficiency ensures an irreproachable hygiene of production lines and tools. Injecting water with the disinfectant product allows disinfection. This combination produces a disinfectant solution sprayed with a spear. The spray nozzle allows projection on all surfaces. This function ensures a perfect finish. The combination of high pressure washing, foam and disinfection allows for perfect efficiency and hygiene. Washing station for wine vats

Montanier has developed a washing station for wine vats. This is a washing area for the wine industry. Our system allows high-pressure washing and also low-pressure detergent spraying for an optimized contact time to remove dirt from the inner walls. The high-pressure mobile skid can be returned to the factory at night.

Pressure water production group

This pressure water production group allows the distribution of the plant network. It thus delivers a constant flow and pressure at each extraction point, from 1 to 15 simultaneous extraction stations.

Washing foam box

Montanier has developed a compact wash case with retractor, in a reduced area. Thanks to its compact shape, you can install this housing in a small space. The agri-food sector particularly appreciates this innovation.

Mobile foam washing cart and disinfection

Montanier has developed a mobile foam washing and disinfection trolley. This compact and mobile cart allows you to move throughout your factory to distribute the foaming product and the disinfectant product. This one is very interesting for small washing surfaces.

High pressure foam housing

High-pressure foam housing for industrial washing designed and manufactured by MONTANIER in its Saumur factory. This case allows to obtain a foam having one of the best powers covering for optimal contact time.

Vehicle washing area

Montanier has developed a washing area spray filler. We have equipped it with a self-service wash track for washing sprayers. Our team has installed a spray filler gallows, and a plant protection treatment line. The entire facility is designed for the agri-food sector.

Washing area foam decontamination

Montanier has developed a washing area decontamination foam for BOM (Menary Ordure Bin). Our team managed to install a washing gallows, a foam cannon to act on the dumpsters, and an automatic wash frame. Thanks to our study office, we can equip this trail with 3 posts.

Dilution centre for foaming product

Our design office has developed a centralized dilution plant for foaming products. Thanks to this innovation, this power plant allows the sending to a centralized network for distribution on foam housings in the area. This plant allows you not to have a detergent can in the production area.

Foam projection

Foam projection on slippery supports. The foam, produced by our foam housings, manufactured in Saumur, hangs on all types of walls, with optimum contact time. Our foam housings use water + foaming product + compressed air, with our tailor-made injectors for ideal foam production.

Calorifugated stainless steel pipes

Example of a range of calorifugated stainless steel pipes, allowing to serve production plants. We have many centralized distribution networks in the agri-food sector.
