Wired box washing tunnel

Montanier innovated by designing a washing tunnel Of wired boxes. This is an automatic washing line of wired cases, with washing tunnel and water recycling skid. Montanier is international since, among many equipments, these washing tunnels have been installed in different countries.

Tray washing cabin

Washing cab with automatic turning of trays DASRI and similar. This automatic cab allows the washing of bins for hospitals or other treatment plants wastes. Washing is done at high pressure with the addition of disinfectant, allowing a quick cycle time.

Drying tunnel gas cylinders

Montanier innovated by designing a drying tunnel for gas bottles. Following skids for pre-washing and washing gas bottles, this blow tunnel allows the bottles to dry. They are then sent in the further processing process of the latter. The efficiency of these tunnels is recognised by high flow turbines.

Sealing test cabs

Montanier has developed leakproof testing cabins. For Schneider Electric, we installed two test booths for the validation of parts seals. By scrupulously following the standards in force, these cabins allow to perform leakproof tests IP54, IP55, Nema4, IP68 and IP69K

Solvent washing containers

Montanier has developed tanks solvent washing on a paint production line. These equipment, ATEX, integrates perfectly for an optimal industrial wash in water or solvent depending on the type of paint produced. An ATEX skid allows closed circuit work, and allows the used solvent to be returned to the factory network.

Skid recycling of washing water

Skid for recycling of washing and distribution water for gas tunnels. This skid works with a curved filter, automatic rotary filters and traffic pumps. Washing is done at low or medium pressure.

Water filtration and recycling

Montanier has developed filtration and recycling of washing water. Always concerned with preserving the environment, we have developed a process of treatment of washing water for a washing tunnel Very dirty parts of trains. Our teams have equipped the line with a strip filter with metal particle suction. This process allows the recycling of washing water. Thus, this allows the washing bath to be used over a very long period before discharge. All this in order to move towards a zero rejection objective.

High pressure skid and recycling industry

Montanier has innovated by developing a high pressure skid and recycling industry. This skid distributes the washing water to the tunnel automatically. A lifting pump allows the washing water to be sent to the treatment skid equipped with a strip filter, and a battery of oil-free filter and activated carbon. You can use water again for high pressure washing. Water savings are huge. This skid works at 180Bar, 6m3/h, in hot water at 70°C, 24 hours a day.

Gas cylinder washing tunnel

Washing tunnel for household gas bottles, 5 to 15Kg. This tunnel allows the recycled water washing of gas bottles. It allows you to track the production line of the cylinder reconditioning plant. These tunnels are installed in France but also around the world (Brazil, Ghana...)
