Network process distillery
Our client, a renowned distillery, wanted to move his production unit and contacted us to offer a process network and utilities for its new installation. Our service therefore includes the design of equipment and piping, with 3D plans, taking over the pipes installed in the building.
The entire installation is made of 316L stainless steel and can be controlled from touch screens:
For the area « Grand chai » :
Man-Machine interface « Master » ensures the control of alarms, the traceability of transfers, the control of the withdrawal volumes in sugar, alcohol, softened cold water, mixing tanks and the Grand Chai controlled valve.
- It also manages the agitators according to the mixing tank levels,
- Permanent control of the flow rates used in alcohol, sugar and EFA for each point,
- The history of alarms and acquittals,
- History of the sampling log,

The interface « Slave » the distillery zone allows the steering of valves in the alembic zone and valves in the maceration zone, for the distribution of alcohol and water softened cold. It also allows the monitoring of alarms and current operation with display and flow count used.
The manufacturing process distribution circuit includes the liquid sugar distribution circuit, the alcohol process and the cold softened water process.
With regard to energy production, our service includes the production of softened water, softened water treatment and the production of hot water at 60°C.
In the melting and pasteurizing area, we intervene on the connection of utilities, electricity and automation.
