Bus washing tunnel large mirrors
Montanier has developed a large mirror bus wash tunnel. Innovation of a parade wash tunnel to wash large rear-view mirrors buses facing the front of the bus. To this end, the layout of the side brush conveyors has been redesigned, as well as the tunnel structure, so that a large retro bus can be washed at the parade while keeping the washing quality and washing cycle time from 1min to 1min30. In addition, the washing tunnel benefits from an additional installation, the installation of a speed controller to control the speed of arrival of the bus in the washing tunnel. If the arrival speed is more than 5 km/h the washing tunnel does not start. Conversely, if the speed is less than 5 km/h then the washing tunnel is in working order to have a quality washing and avoid any deterioration of the washing machine and vehicle.

Drying rack for telescopic equipment
MONTANIER has developed for MANITOU, a drying portico for telescopic equipment before retouching paint. This equipment complements a washing cabin. We use a natural gas boiler, energy efficient, to heat the enclosure. We installed no less than nine drying turbines on the portico, three on each side with wide nozzles as well as three turbines with motorized nozzles at the top. In order to allow the vehicle to dry, to the nearest by adapting to the geometry of all the machines, 2 3D cameras pilot the three nozzles.
