Washing machine MLU-X1500

Montanier has developed a utensils washing machine called MLU-X1500. This low-pressure washing machine allows the cleaning of small equipment (pots, drums, buckets, utensils, clamp collars, joints, etc.). Composed of a closed washing chamber using a vertical opening door, the washing elements are arranged within a retractable basket. This basket can be designed on request for the specific layout of the washing elements. Washing is done by means of upper and lower rotary washing arms, by circulation, using a buffer vessel. Two utilities and an injection of detergent are provided in standard version on the utensils washing machine. In order to facilitate the maintenance of the equipment, the technical enclosure is placed under the washing chamber and is accessible with removable panels on the sides and back of the machine. Two access doors are present in the machine front. Depending on your expectations, the man machine interface is made using a button box connected to a logical module, or a monitor touch screen connected to an automaton.

High pressure group GLAC-120

Our company offers a turnkey solution to have a GLAC-120 high-pressure group dedicated mainly to the following functions:

Washing equipment with low pressure modulating high pressure lance
Internal washing of vats by means of rotary washing heads mounted on hoists, gallows or load balancers
PAC/NEP type washing

The functions in question may be cumulative. Mounted to standard version, it can be converted into a mobile version thanks to wheels with integrated brakes. Two utilities and an injection of detergent are provided in standard version. To facilitate the maintenance of the equipment, the technical enclosure is accessible from the front and back of the machine. The man machine interface is limited to a button housing connected to a logic module in standard version. Optionally, we offer a monitoring touch screen connected to an automaton.

CLF flexible washing cabin

The Montanier team has developed the CLF flexible washing cabin. This washing cabin allows the cleaning of three multi-format flexible stations per circulation. Composed of a closed washing chamber with hinged doors or a soft curtain, the hoses are connected manually by the operator. We perform a pressure test of the hoses at the beginning of each cycle to ensure the correct connection.

Washing is done in both directions to ensure optimum washing.

Our standard version equipment provides two utilities and two product injections. To facilitate the maintenance of the equipment, the technical enclosure is accessible from the front, sides and back of the machine. The man machine interface is made using a touch screen connected to an automaton. If your washing rate is high, it is possible to connect several hoses per shift using adapters. Options such as drying hoses at the end of the cycle or adding process utility are possible on request on this CLF flexible washing cabinet.

Washing cab drums 2 stations LFC-IE-2-220

This high-pressure washing cabin allows the simultaneous cleaning of two conge or drum containers from 30 to 220L. A laying plan is installed 800mm from the ground, which facilitates the introduction of drums and conges. The cabin consists of a closed washing chamber using a soft curtain. In addition, the use of retractable washing heads avoids lifting the washing containers within the enclosure during introduction. The inner washing of the drums and conges is carried out by means of a high-pressure wash head which is retractable for each station. The external washing is carried out using a fixed washing arch per post. Each station has a turntable to impact the entire outside surface of the drums during washing. Washer of drums LF-220

This high-pressure washing equipment allows unit cleaning of conges and drums from 30 to 220L. With its compact dimensions, this washer has an open washing chamber and a technical space in standard version. It is possible to add a door to ensure the sealing of the washing enclosure. The introduction of the washing container is done by manual introduction. The inner washing of drums and conges is carried out using a fixed high-pressure washing head. A utility and an injection of detergent are provided in standard version. To facilitate the maintenance of equipment, the technical enclosure is accessible from the front and sides of the machine. The man machine interface is limited to a button box connected to a logic module in standard version. Optionally, we offer you the modification of the revenue parameters with an automaton.

Washing cab drums 1 station LFC-220

This high-pressure washing cabin allows unit cleaning of conges and drums from 30 to 220L. Composed of a closed washing chamber using a glass door in its centre, the introduction of drums and conges is facilitated by a laying plane 500mm from the ground. The inner washing of drums and conges is carried out using a fixed high-pressure washing head. It is possible to add an external washing using a rotary washing ramp. Two utilities and an injection of detergent are provided in standard version. To facilitate the maintenance of the equipment, the technical enclosure is accessible from the front and back of the machine. The man machine interface is limited to a button housing connected to a logic module in standard version. Optionally, we offer a monitoring touch screen connected to an automaton. If your washing rate is high, it is possible to add an additional washing chamber.
