MONTANIER develops and works in research and development on efficient washing water recycling systems. In collaboration with the Defence Technology and Infrastructure Centre, MONTANIER has developed a highly efficient water treatment and recycling system. This line is installed on each washing area of military vehicles. The army uses the MONTANIER channels, which allow it to save more than 80% of water. Combined with a rainwater recovery tank, the need for water consumption in the city network is very low. Our systems of treatment, recycling and recirculation of washing water are composed of buried equipment, and a chassis supporting equipment useful for air treatment. Tanks buried in concrete, treated steel or polyethylene are guaranteed for optimal operation over many years. The maintenance of our lines is very simple and time-consuming. The operating cost is also studied to be as low as possible. The performance of the decantation, deburring, hydrocarbon separator, biological aeration and buried lifting tanks allow the water to be prefiltered at low speed. The aerial equipment, consisting of a high performance MONTANIER ball filter (above the standard sand filter), an automatic rotary filter, a range of oil de-oilers, active carbons and final carbons, completes the filtration of the water before being sent to the storage tank.
