Our local community clients and road services have different needs for washing equipment. At their request, we have developed a self-contained road washing vehicle, allowing the washing of urban furniture and other roads.

Our feedback in the field allowed us to develop the Autonomous Cleaning Vehicle. The VNA allows washing in high pressure independent hot water. This equipment is mainly intended for cleaning urban furniture and buried containers.

The vehicle consists of:

  • 1 commercial vehicle
  • If requested, a hydraulic drive and power supply for the engine of the washing pump, otherwise, installation of a thermal motor.
  • 1 Wash box equipped with a water tank made of Aluminium, Robust, Sheet thickness 4 mm, Epoxy paint, corrosion and impact protection, Vague coating, Volume from 500 to 1000L.
  • Diesel LOMBARDINI engine 3 or 4 cylinders. Possibility of another brand (Kubota...), and optional soundproofing. Implementation of hydraulic training if the carrier allows and if the community so requests.
  • Fuel burner or Gasoil boiler, high performance, stainless steel coil optional. Easy maintenance access thanks to access doors and curtains.
  • Automatic high pressure hose retractor lg 20m diam.3/8 R2, Pistole and High Pressure Lance. Optional motorized retractor
  • 1 swivel puncture washing.
  • The case is equipped with numerous storage facilities.
  • Various accessories available on request: telescopic lance, floor stripping dome, weed removal dome, product + disinfection cupola and/or decontamination, front washing ramp, ...
  • Pressure characteristics and washing rate according to the finishes:
    • Pressure from 20 to 350 Bar
    • High pressure flow rate from 15 to 30 L/min as standard (more on request)

 

The washing station is often equipped with a MONTANIER water treatment system in order to re-use washing water and thus reduce water consumption by more than 80%.
