The Montanier company is innovating with a washing cabin intended for cleaning drum pumps. This development is the result of growing demand in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics market. These sectors want to have a machine capable of ensuring washing repeatability and traceability for this type of equipment.
This machine is based on a CFL3 type flexible washing cabin, whose efficiency and reputation are second to none. This cabin allows unitary interior and exterior washing of drum pumps by recirculation.
In the same way as a flexible washing cabin, each recipe can be configured (depending on the diameter, length, type of dirt, etc.).
The ergonomics of use and installation have been studied for user comfort.
The inclination of the drum pump within the enclosure has been studied for optimum washing and drainability.
A drying function is also possible in order to have ready-to-use equipment when leaving the cabin.
