Automatic washing station
The automatic washing station designed in our workshop, offers optimal washing and for all kinds of vehicles. This self-service washing station allows you to clean efficiently and according to your needs, thanks to its adjustable flow system. So with this self-service equipment, you will offer users a perfect way to remove, clean more or less heavily the corners of cars, boat hulls, motorcycles and heavy goods vehicles.
The washing station is built of stainless steel304, chassis and panels, the components are chosen so that they can be installed interchangeably inside and outside. The integrated sensors and automation allow automatic use for the operator, with a simple selection of desired washing mode. The laundry product is injected into the washing water (low pressure) via a proportional dosing pump adjustable from 0 to 10%.
The low and high pressure washing is operated with selection by a push button interface. The lower compartment is intended to receive the detergent can, a 25L stainless steel container for square cans, with suction cane and low-level float and the fuel tank for the boiler a 50 L stainless steel tank with DN65 filling cap, visual level tube, low-level oil probe, as well as the air compressor for the off-frost, with an adjustable probe monitoring the external temperature for automatic tilting, from the terminal in off-frost mode with automatic air purging of the high-pressure network.
