This high-pressure washing cabin allows the simultaneous cleaning of two leave-type containers or drums from 30 to 220L.
A laying plan is installed at 800mm from the ground, which facilitates the introduction of drums and fillets. The cabin consists of a washing enclosure closed with a flexible curtain. In addition, the use of retractable washing heads avoids lifting the containers to be washed within the enclosure during introduction.
The interior washing of barrels and fillets is carried out using a retractable high-pressure washing head for each station.
Exterior washing is carried out using a fixed washing arch per station. Each station has a turntable to impact the entire outer surface of the barrels during washing.
Two utilities and one injection of detergents are provided as standard.
In order to facilitate the maintenance of the equipment, the technical enclosure is placed under the washing enclosure. It is accessible using removable panels on the sides and rear of the machine. Two access doors are present on the front of the machine.
The man-machine interface is made using a touch screen connected to a PLC.
