Our water treatment system makes it possible to recycle around 80-85% of the washing water. To achieve such a result, our research and development team worked to break down the sector into 3 parts:
- Pre-treatment (buried): Installation of a sludge tank using the principle of settling. This principle consists in separating the solid phase from the liquid phase by density difference and installation of a hydrocarbon separator.
- Secondary treatment (underground): Installation of a 20m3 lifting tank with an aerobic biological reactor. The biological reactor contains micro-organisms which, thanks to the injection of oxygen, thus consumes the dissolved pollution and develops. A recirculation pump, installed in the lifting tank, recovers this sludge. Next; it evacuates them into the sludge tank.
- Tertiary (aerial) treatment: Filtration skid that improves the filtration quality of recycled water. Once the water is filtered, it is discharged into a treated water storage buffer tank.
In addition, we have sized the treatment chain according to the number of nozzles or coaches to be washed per day.
