MLU-X1500 utensil washing machine

Montanier has developed a utensil washing machine called MLU-X1500. This low pressure washing machine allows the cleaning of small materials (pots, drums, buckets, utensils, clamps, seals, etc.). Consisting of a washing enclosure closed with a vertically opening door, the items to be washed are placed in a retractable basket. This basket can be designed on demand for the specific arrangement of the elements to be washed. Washing is carried out using upper and lower rotating washing arms, by circulation, using a buffer tank. Two utilities and one detergent injection are standard on the utensil washing machine. In order to facilitate maintenance of the equipment, the technical enclosure is placed under the washing enclosure and is accessible using removable panels on the sides and rear of the machine. Two access doors are present on the front of the machine. CLF3 flexible washing cabin

The Montanier team has developed the CLF3 flexible washing cabin. This washing cabin allows the cleaning of three positions of multi-format hoses per circulation. Consisting of a washing chamber closed with hinged doors or a flexible curtain, the connection of the hoses is done manually by the operator. We carry out a pressure test of the hoses at the start of each cycle to ensure the correct connection. Washing is carried out in both directions of circulation to ensure optimum washing. Our equipment in standard version foresees two utilities and two injections of products. In order to facilitate the maintenance of the equipment, the technical enclosure is accessible from the front facade, the sides and the rear of the machine.
