MLU-X1500 utensil washing machine

Montanier has developed a utensil washing machine called MLU-X1500. This low pressure washing machine allows the cleaning of small materials (pots, drums, buckets, utensils, clamps, seals, etc.). Consisting of a washing enclosure closed with a vertically opening door, the items to be washed are placed in a retractable basket. This basket can be designed on demand for the specific arrangement of the elements to be washed. Washing is carried out using upper and lower rotating washing arms, by circulation, using a buffer tank. Two utilities and one detergent injection are standard on the utensil washing machine. In order to facilitate maintenance of the equipment, the technical enclosure is placed under the washing enclosure and is accessible using removable panels on the sides and rear of the machine. Two access doors are present on the front of the machine. Depending on your expectations, the man-machine interface is created using a button box connected to a logic module, or by a supervision touch screen connected to a PLC.

GLAC-120 high pressure group

Our company offers a turnkey solution to have a GLAC-120 high pressure unit, dedicated mainly to the following functions:

Washing of equipment by low pressure modulating high pressure lance
Interior washing of tanks using rotating washing heads mounted on hoist, jib or load balancer
CIP/CIP type washing

The functions in question can be combined. Mounted on a stand in the standard version, it is possible to convert it to a mobile version thanks to wheels with integrated brakes. Two utilities and one detergent injection are standard. In order to facilitate the maintenance of the equipment, the technical enclosure is accessible from the front and the rear of the machine. The man-machine interface is limited to a box of buttons connected to a logic module in the standard version. As an option, we offer a supervision touch screen connected to a PLC.

CLF3 flexible washing cabin

The Montanier team has developed the CLF3 flexible washing cabin. This washing cabin allows the cleaning of three positions of multi-format hoses per circulation. Consisting of a washing chamber closed with hinged doors or a flexible curtain, the connection of the hoses is done manually by the operator. We carry out a pressure test of the hoses at the start of each cycle to ensure the correct connection. Washing is carried out in both directions of circulation to ensure optimum washing. Our equipment in standard version foresees two utilities and two injections of products. In order to facilitate the maintenance of the equipment, the technical enclosure is accessible from the front facade, the sides and the rear of the machine. The man-machine interface is made using a touch screen connected to a PLC. If your washing rate is high, it is possible to connect several hoses per station using adapters. Options such as the drying of hoses at the end of the cycle or the addition of a process utility are possible on request on this CLF3 hose washing cabin.

Drum washing cabin 2 stations LFC-IE-2-220

This high-pressure washing cabin allows the simultaneous cleaning of two leave-type containers or drums from 30 to 220L. A laying plan is installed at 800mm from the ground, which facilitates the introduction of drums and fillets. The cabin consists of a washing enclosure closed with a flexible curtain. In addition, the use of retractable washing heads avoids lifting the containers to be washed within the enclosure during introduction. The interior washing of drums and leaves is carried out using a retractable high-pressure washing head for each station. Exterior washing is carried out using a fixed washing arch per station. Keg washer LF-220

This high pressure washing equipment allows the unit cleaning of conge and drums from 30 to 220L. Compact in size, this washer has an open washing enclosure as well as a enclosed technical space in the standard version. It is possible to add a door to ensure the sealing of the washing chamber. The introduction of the container to be washed is done by manual introduction. The interior washing of drums and fillets is carried out using a fixed high-pressure washing head. Utility and detergent injection are provided as standard. In order to facilitate the maintenance of the equipment, the technical enclosure is accessible from the front and the sides of the machine. The man-machine interface is limited to a button box connected to a logic module in the standard version. As an option, we offer you the modification of the recipe parameters using an automaton.

Drum washing cabin 1 station LFC-220

This high pressure washing cabin allows unitary cleaning of leaves and drums from 30 to 220L. Composed of a washing enclosure closed with a glass door in the middle, the introduction of drums and leaves is facilitated by a laying surface 500mm from the ground. The interior washing of drums and fillets is carried out using a fixed high-pressure washing head. It is possible to add an exterior wash using a rotating wash ramp. Two utilities and one detergent injection are standard. In order to facilitate the maintenance of the equipment, the technical enclosure is accessible from the front and the rear of the machine. The man-machine interface is limited to a box of buttons connected to a logic module in the standard version. As an option, we offer a supervision touch screen connected to a PLC. If your washing rate is high, it is possible to add an additional washing chamber.
