Since 1976, Montanier teams have constantly innovated to meet the needs of their customers.
Initially present in the road sector, the company quickly became interested in the urban and road transport sector. It now offers the following innovations:

- Front car wash tunnel for large retro bus
- Remote maintenance of our washing machines via GSM / 3G / 4G for feedback on a technical malfunction in order to optimize troubleshooting time

- Recycling channels treating 80% of water from washing
- Mobile or fixed high-pressure low-flow frame washing ramps, with automatic start and stop
- Hot and/or cold water high-pressure washing stations on automatic reel or garland rails
Bus wash tunnel large mirrors
Montanier has developed a washing tunnel for buses with large mirrors. Innovation of a car wash tunnel to wash buses with large mirrors facing the front of the bus. To do this, the layout of the side brush conveyors has been redesigned as well as the structure of the tunnel with the aim that a large retro bus can be washed in parade while maintaining the washing quality and the washing cycle time from 1min to 1min30. In addition, the washing tunnel benefits from an additional installation, the installation of a speed controller in order to control the arrival speed of the bus in the washing tunnel. If the arrival speed is above 5 km/h the washing tunnel does not start. Conversely, if the speed is less than 5 km/h then the washing tunnel is in working order in order to have a quality wash and to avoid any damage to the washing machine and the vehicle.

Drying gantry for telescopic machines
MONTANIER has developed for MANITOU, a drying gantry for telescopic machines before retouching paint. This equipment comes in addition to a washing cabin. We use an energy efficient natural gas boiler to heat the enclosure. We installed no less than nine drying turbines on the gantry, three on each side with wide nozzles as well as three turbines with motorized nozzles in the upper part. In order to allow the drying of the vehicle, as close as possible by adapting to the geometry of all the machines, 2 3D cameras control the three nozzles.
