Muralinox washing equipment
The Muralinox is a compact washing machine, for washing and disinfecting all surfaces. You can decide to fix it on a wall, or place it on a frame placed on the ground. We have developed this Muralinox, among others, for the food industry. With the Muralinox, we have placed 3 functions in a single piece of equipment. A High Pressure washing function, a foam function and a disinfection function. Washing/rinsing is provided by an HP pump with a stainless steel head, which allows the distribution of water under high pressure. A stainless steel HP box, designed and developed specifically by MONTANIER, provides the foam and disinfection functions. The injection of water with the foam product and the compressed air produces the foam. This combination produces spray foam using a lance. The foam thus produced has one of the best properties on the market. This efficiency ensures impeccable hygiene of production lines and tools. The injection of water with the disinfectant product allows disinfection. This combination produces a disinfectant solution sprayed using a lance. The spray nozzle allows projection on all surfaces. This function ensures a perfect finish. The combination of high pressure washing, foam and disinfection allows efficiency and perfect hygiene. The compactness of the Muralinox washing equipment gives it the advantage of easy installation in small laundries or technical rooms. Like other Montanier equipment, its efficiency is optimal for washing surfaces. The agri-food sector acclaims this washing equipment.

Washing station for wine vats
Montanier has developed a washing station for wine vats. This is an outdoor washing area, 3 stations, for the wine industry. Our system allows high pressure washing and also low pressure detergent spraying for an optimized contact time in order to remove dirt from the interior walls.
