Montanier has innovated with the rotating head chassis washer, made up of 3 washing heads. They cover an area of approximately 2.20mx 2.00m in the shape of a triangle.
This system offers the advantage of being versatile, especially for washing on parade.
Its embedding in the ground is also shallow. This allows it to be better integrated into the existing site and to evacuate the waste water (according to the water line of the manhole in the gutter). We supply the frame to be sealed in hot-dip galvanized steel to the paver installer so that it can be integrated into the masonry. In order to obtain better guidance, we install a pair of guide wheel guides and thus limit the risk of pinching the tires.
In order to guarantee an excellent washing result, we equip the heads with high pressure nozzles.
This equipment allows vigorous washing, covering a large surface. It also avoids any “pencil” effect affecting the washing quality. These nozzles are also the guarantee of not damaging hoses and other fragile equipment under the chassis. The washing ramp is fed by a reinforced HP hose. This hose passes through the ground, in a sheet reaching the technical room. Our teams connect it to the high pressure unit with the necessary sets of valves. A specific grating in hot-dip galvanized steel is made on angles between the heads.
