MONTANIER develops and works in research and development on efficient washing water recycling systems. In collaboration with the Expertise Center for Defense Techniques and Infrastructure, MONTANIER has developed a highly efficient water treatment and recycling sector. This line is installed on each washing area of ​​military vehicles. The army uses MONTANIER dies, which allow it to save more than 80% in water. Coupled with a rainwater recovery tank, the need for water consumption from the city network is very low. Our treatment, recycling and recirculation channels for washing water are made up of buried equipment, and a frame supporting the equipment useful for aerial treatment. Underground concrete, treated steel or polyethylene tanks are guaranteed for optimal operation over many years. Maintenance of our dies is very simple and time-consuming. The operating cost is also designed to be as low as possible. The performance of the settling tanks, settling, hydrocarbon separator, biological aeration and underground lifting allow the water to be pre-filtered at low speed. Aerial equipment, consisting of a high-performance MONTANIER bead filter (superior to the standard sand filter), an automatic rotary filter, a range of oil-removing filters, active carbons and final filters allows water filtration to be completed before sending to the storage tank. Our sector is completed by adjustments in flocculants, biocides, chlorine and PH regulation. A UV lamp makes it possible to finalize the filtration in order to obtain odorless, hypoallergenic and disinfected water, for optimal use in the objective of washing military vehicles, and also for unparalleled comfort for operators.
