Road washing vehicle

Our customers from local authorities and road services have different washing equipment needs. At their request, we have developed an autonomous road washing vehicle, enabling all street furniture and other roads to be washed.

Our feedback in the field has enabled us to develop the Autonomous Cleaning Vehicle. The VNA allows self-contained hot water high-pressure washing. This equipment is mainly intended for cleaning street furniture and buried containers.

The vehicle is composed of:

• 1 carrier vehicle from the trade
• If requested, a hydraulic drive and PTO for the washing pump motor, otherwise, installation of a heat engine.
• 1 Washing box equipped with an Aluminum water tank, Robust, 4 mm thick sheet metal, Epoxy paint, against corrosion and impacts, Anti-wave partition, Volume from 500 to 1000L.
• Diesel engine LOMBARDINI 3 or 4 cylinders. Possibility of another brand (Kubota…), and Possibility of optional soundproofing. Installation of a hydraulic drive if the carrier allows it and if the community requests it.
• Boiler with oil or diesel burner, high performance, optional stainless steel coil. Easy maintenance access thanks to access doors and curtains.
• Automatic high pressure hose reel lg 20m diam.3/8 R2, Gun and High Pressure Lance. Optional motorized reel
• 1 pivoting washing arm.
• The box is equipped with numerous storage spaces.
• Various accessories available on request: telescopic lance, floor stripping cupola, weeding cupola, product + disinfection and/or decontamination cupola, front washing ramp, etc.
• Washing pressure and flow characteristics according to the finishes:
  • Pressure from 20 to 350 Bar
  • High pressure flow from 15 to 30 L/min as standard (more on request)

The washing station is often equipped with a MONTANIER water treatment system in order to be able to reuse the washing water and thus reduce water consumption by more than 80%.
