Redevelopment of a laundromat

Our client wanted the redevelopment of a laundry to current standards taking into account the respect of the flow of washing (dirty area / wet area / drying area) non-existent to date.

Our experience has allowed us to bring him serenity in his project. We have worked on circulation flows and transfers of dirty equipment, in the laundromat and clean, in order to ensure that there is no crossing. Its laundromat is now GMP/GMP compliant.

Our skills were also used to offer our client suitable floor coverings, partitions in accordance with the needs of use, access doors and appropriate HVAC sizing.

In addition, as equipment and types of washing products have evolved over time, some existing machines have been improved and revamped. Other non-existent equipment has been made to meet new needs (CLF type flexible washing cabin, MLU-M1500 type utensil washing machine, washing box for mobile tanks in dry areas).

Our service included the following actions:

• Definition with the customer of the installation of the equipment while respecting the management of the flow.
• Design, improvement of all the equipment present in the laundromat.
• Wastewater recovery using sealed tanks and lifting pumps.
• Definition of own material storage racks.
• FAT, Getting Started, SAT, Training for all equipment.
• Engineering assistance for the definition and installation of new floors, new partitions, doors, definitions and sizing of utilities and HVAC.

The result fully satisfied our client, who was able to present his laundromat as a showcase for his employees and other factories in the group. The satisfaction of our customers is our best reward.
