Project information

Our client wanted the redesign of a laundry facility to current standards, taking into account the wash flow (dirty zone / wet zone / drying zone) which was not currently in existence.
Our experience allowed us to bring peace of mind to his project. We optimized the flow of materials, both soiled and clean, within the laundry facility to ensure there was no cross-contamination. His laundry facility is now GMP/BPF compliant.
Our expertise was also used to offer our client suitable floor coverings, partitions in accordance with usage requirements, access doors and appropriate HVAC sizing.
Furthermore, as equipment and types of laundry products have evolved over time, some existing machines have been improved and revamped. Other, previously unavailable equipment has been created to meet new needs (flexible CLF-type washing booth, MLU-M1500-type utensil washer, mobile tank washing unit in dry areas).
Our service included the following actions:
- Defining the equipment layout with the client while respecting flow management.
- Design and improvement of all equipment within the laundry facility.
- Wastewater recovery using sealed tanks and lift pumps.
- Definition of clean material storage racks.
- FAT, Start-up, SAT, Training for all equipment.
- Engineering assistance for the definition and implementation of new floors, new partitions, doors, definitions and sizing of utilities and HVAC.
The result fully satisfied our client, who was able to showcase their laundry facility to their employees and other group plants. Our clients' satisfaction is our greatest reward.
