Mobile tank washing box

MONTANIER designs very effective washing, disinfection and drying equipment on a daily basis for the cosmetics industry. Our customers have called on our know-how to develop, manufacture and set up washing solutions for mobile tanks in dry areas.

Our product makes it possible to wash the tank, through its manhole, and to evacuate the effluents through the drain valve, without putting a drop of water on the ground in the laundry.

The tank is tightly connected to an upper washing head, and a hose allowing the washing of the bottom of the tank valve and the evacuation of the effluents towards the waste water network, in a completely sealed manner.

The washing box is composed of:

• An enclosure / washing cabin delimited by sandwich panels, stainless steel interior finish
• The enclosure / box is closed by a rapid roll-up curtain, with closure detection for locking during the wash cycle
• In the technical area, a skid made with a 304L stainless steel tube frame, resting on 4 anti-vibration feet, forming a stainless steel retention tank with a plugged valve, designed to receive 1 or more washing pumps. The technical skid is open, allowing access to equipment for maintenance. As an option, we can offer you to close the skid with stainless steel panels and soundproof doors with 30mm thick alveolar foam.
• The skid is equipped with:
  • All the pipes designed without dead legs or retention zones. The 316L stainless steel pipes are completely drainable.
  • All the valves, low and high pressure, necessary for operation
  • Arrivals of detergents, dosed online
  • The high pressure pump to supply the washing of the tanks
  • The filtered compressed air set, in order to use clean compressed air
  • The filtered steam range to use clean steam for thermal disinfection.
• The washing box is equipped with:
  • A washing head suspended from the ceiling, by a load balancer or a hoist installed in a stainless steel box.
  • An ergonomic walkway for access to the dome of the tank (often the tanks have a height greater than 2m).
  • Drainage and washing piping for the bottom of the tank valve, with connection to the customer's effluent network.
• We have adapted one of our innovations to these washing boxes, in order to provide washing efficiency for the bottom of the tank valve, which means that our customers do not need to dismantle it to wash it.
