Wash-chassis
We installed a bus washer to wash the bottom and bottom of the cases in addition to a bus wash tunnel. Our customer needed a washing machine, in addition to its washing tunnel, to wash the bottom and bottom of bus cases at the parade in order to facilitate mechanical maintenance and avoid any complaint from the customer who gets dirty when riding on the bus.
In response to its request, Montanier proposed the following solution:
The installation of a fixed 300 l/min washer under 20 pressure bars upstream of its washing tunnel, which allows washing at the bus parade (the washer is fixed, the bus moves inside) with a washing cycle time of 20 to 30 seconds depending on the length of the bus. The Chassis washer is equipped with two side ramps to wash the bottom boxes and a horizontal ramp to wash the bus's underframe.
In addition, the washer has the possibility of having several types of power supplies (city water, rain water, recycled water or drilling water) in order to drastically reduce water consumption costs.
The structure of the washer is made of stainless steel This material allows its installation inside and outside. Many mechanical components are made of stainless steel to guarantee durability and reliability.
