Our innovations - Defence sector
Since 1976, Montanier teams have been constantly innovating to meet the needs of its customers.
For the Defence, we have designed wash areas for military vehicles, Combat Armored Vehicles of Infantry (VBCI), but more specifically:
- Specific washing areas allowing users to wash vehicles up to -10 °C with a pavement equipped with heating cords connected to remote management and high pressure hot water lances.
- A rinsing area to remove salt deposited following landings of aircraft with a horizontal ramp integrated into the pavement for the lower part of the aircraft and two posts equipped with high flow lances for the upper part of the aircraft.
- High-speed low-pressure chassis wash ramps with automatic start and stop.
- Low-flow high-pressure, mobile or fixed wash ramps with automatic start and stop.
- Barboting stations equipped with removable rollers for rotation of caterpillars, and oscillating ramps under and on the side.
- High-pressure hot water and/or cold water washing stations on automatic retractors or rails.
- Wash stations equipped with footbridges.
- Specific wash areas responding to the SCORPION program.
- Recycling systems that process 80% of the water from washing.
Specific washing area
Washing area specific for severe conditions with a pavement and high pressure equipment for the army. This solution allows washing up to -10°C. Thus, thanks to these criteria, this washing area is particularly appreciated for washing VBCI (Armoured Infantry Combat Vehicles).

Rinsing area
Rinsing area of the canadairs to remove salt from aircraft. Back from the forest fire campaigns, after many landings, the salt must be removed from the plane. Installation: 2 poles equipped with 2 horizontal and vertical oscillation lances for rinsing the top of aircraft.
