Since 1976, Montanier teams have been constantly innovating to meet the needs of its customers.
Initially active in the road sector, the company quickly became interested in the pharmaceutical-cosmetic sector. Today it proposes the following innovations:

• Expertise in installing your laundries in order to respect washing flows.
• CGMP/BPF quality machine design with integrated wash chamber.
• Low pressure or high pressure wash (up to 120 bar) depending on the material to be washed and type of dirt.
• Washing in circulation as far as possible to save washing water.
• Recovery of first washing juices to facilitate recycling of unloaded water.
• Integrated drying at the end of the cycle as required.
• Design of hot water production process or not to have a utility necessary for the washing cycle and not originally available.

Washing cabin pumps empty-butt

The Montanier company innovates with a washing booth for cleaning empty-button pumps. This development is the result of growing demand in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic market. These sectors want to have a machine capable of ensuring repeatability and traceability of washing for this type of equipment. This machine is based on a CFL3 flexible washing cabin, whose efficiency and reputation are no longer required. This cabin allows the internal and external unit pump wash-out by recirculation. In the same way as a flexible washing cabin, each recipe is adjustable (depending on the diameter, length, type of dirt...). The ergonomics of use and installation has been studied for user comfort. The inclination of the vacuum pump in the enclosure was studied for optimum washing and drainability. A drying function is also possible in order to have ready-to-use equipment at the cab outlet. Thanks to this cabin, your vacuum pumps are no longer in trouble to be washed.
