MLU-X1500 Utensil Washing Machine
Montanier has developed a utensil washing machine called the MLU-X1500. This low-pressure washing machine is designed for cleaning small items (pots, drums, buckets, utensils, clamps, gaskets, etc.). It consists of a washing chamber enclosed by a vertically opening door, and the items to be washed are placed in a retractable basket. This basket can be custom-designed to accommodate the specific arrangement of the items. Washing is carried out using upper and lower rotating washing arms, via circulation, with the aid of a buffer tank. Two utilities and detergent injection are included as standard on the utensil washing machine. To facilitate equipment maintenance, the technical compartment is located beneath the washing chamber and is accessible via removable panels on the sides and rear of the machine. Two access doors are located on the front of the machine. Depending on your requirements, the human-machine interface is implemented using a button box connected to a logic module, or via a supervisory touchscreen connected to a PLC.

GLAC-120 High Pressure Unit
Our company offers a turnkey solution for a GLAC-120 high-pressure unit, primarily dedicated to the following functions:
- Equipment washing using a modulating high-pressure/low-pressure lance
- Washing the inside of tanks using rotating washing heads mounted on a hoist, jib or load balancer
- CIP/NEP type washdown
CLF Flexible Wash Booth
The Montanier team developed the CLF hose washing booth. This booth allows for the cleaning of three multi-format hose stations per cycle. Composed of a washing chamber enclosed by hinged doors or a flexible curtain, the hoses are connected manually by the operator. We perform a pressure test on the hoses at the beginning of each cycle to ensure a proper connection.
The washing is carried out in both directions of traffic to ensure optimum washing.
Our standard equipment includes two utilities and two product injection points. To facilitate equipment maintenance, the technical compartment is accessible from the front, sides, and rear of the machine. The human-machine interface is provided by a touchscreen connected to a PLC. If your washing rate is high, it is possible to connect multiple hoses per station using adapters. 2-station drum washing booth LFC-IE-2-220
This high-pressure washing booth allows for the simultaneous cleaning of two containers, such as drums or kegs, ranging from 30 to 220 liters. A loading platform is installed 800 mm from the ground, facilitating the insertion of the drums and kegs. The booth consists of a washing chamber enclosed by a flexible curtain. Furthermore, the use of retractable washing heads eliminates the need to lift the containers inside the chamber during insertion. The interior of the drums and kegs is washed using a retractable high-pressure washing head for each station. The exterior is washed using a fixed washing arch for each station. Each station has a rotating platform to ensure the entire exterior surface of the drums is covered during washing. Two utility connections and detergent injection are included as standard. LF-220 Drum Washer
This high-pressure washing equipment allows for the individual cleaning of 30 to 220L drums and containers. Compact in size, this washer features an open washing chamber and a fully enclosed technical compartment as standard. A door can be added to ensure the washing chamber is watertight. The container to be washed is inserted manually. The internal washing of the drums and containers is performed using a fixed high-pressure washing head. A detergent dispenser and injection system are included as standard. To facilitate equipment maintenance, the technical compartment is accessible from the front and sides of the machine. The human-machine interface is limited to a button panel connected to a logic module as standard. As an option, we offer the ability to modify recipe parameters using a programmable logic controller (PLC).

LFC-220 1-station drum washing booth
This high-pressure washing booth allows for the individual cleaning of drums and containers from 30 to 220 liters. Composed of a washing chamber enclosed by a central glass door, the introduction of drums and containers is facilitated by a platform 500 mm from the floor. The interior of the drums and containers is washed using a fixed high-pressure wash head. An exterior wash can be added using a rotating wash ramp. Two utility connections and detergent injection are included as standard. To facilitate equipment maintenance, the technical compartment is accessible from both the front and rear of the machine. The human-machine interface is limited to a button panel connected to a logic module in the standard version. As an option, we offer a touchscreen monitor connected to a PLC. If your washing volume is high, an additional washing chamber can be added.
