MLU-X1500 utensil washing machine
Montanier has developed a utensil washing machine called MLU-X1500. This low pressure washing machine allows the cleaning of small materials (pots, drums, buckets, utensils, clamps, seals, etc.). Consisting of a washing enclosure closed with a vertically opening door, the items to be washed are placed in a retractable basket. This basket can be designed on demand for the specific arrangement of the elements to be washed. Washing is carried out using upper and lower rotating washing arms, by circulation, using a buffer tank. Two utilities and one detergent injection are standard on the utensil washing machine. In order to facilitate maintenance of the equipment, the technical enclosure is placed under the washing enclosure and is accessible using removable panels on the sides and rear of the machine. Two access doors are present on the front of the machine. Depending on your expectations, the man-machine interface is created using a button box connected to a logic module, or by a supervision touch screen connected to a PLC.

Flexible washing cabin CLF
The Montanier team developed the CLF flexible hose washing cabinet. This washing cabinet allows for the cleaning of three multi-format hose stations per cycle. Consisting of a washing chamber closed with hinged doors or a flexible curtain, the hoses are connected manually by the operator. We perform a pressure test on the hoses at the start of each cycle to ensure proper connection.
Washing is carried out in both directions of traffic to ensure optimum washing.
Our standard version provides two utilities and two product injections. In order to facilitate the maintenance of the equipment, the technical speaker is accessible from the front facade, the sides and the back of the machine. The Homme Machine interface is carried out using a touch screen connected to an automaton. If your washing cadence is important, it is possible to connect several flexibles by posts using adapters. Drum washing cabin 2 stations LFC-IE-2-220
This high-pressure washing cabin allows the simultaneous cleaning of two containers such as freezers or drums from 30 to 220L. A support surface is installed 800mm from the ground, which facilitates the introduction of drums and freezers. The cabin is composed of a washing enclosure closed with a flexible curtain. In addition, the use of retractable washing heads avoids lifting the containers to be washed within the enclosure during introduction. The interior washing of the drums and freezers is carried out using a retractable high-pressure washing head for each station. The exterior washing is carried out using a fixed washing arch per station. Each station has a rotating platform to impact the entire exterior surface of the drums during washing. Drum washing cabin 1 station LFC-220
This high pressure washing cabin allows unitary cleaning of leaves and drums from 30 to 220L.
