Test booth for IP54, IP55 and NEMA4
This booth provides high-volume cleaning and water spraying of products, with a rotating platform and a mounting trolley for precise positioning. It includes:
- Raw water treatment
- High-pressure water jet inside a stainless steel booth
- Rotating turntable with mounting trolley
- Buffer tank and high-flow pump
- Electrical power cabinet and touchscreen HMI interface
- External spray lance for additional testing
IP69K Test Booth
Specifically designed for high-pressure and high-temperature testing, this booth guarantees efficient and thorough cleaning , with precise parameter control. It includes:
- Raw water treatment
- Hot water jet under pressure in a stainless steel cabin
- Rotating turntable with mounting trolley
- Hot water buffer tanks at 80°C and 60°C (for detergent)
- High-pressure pump with pressure, flow and temperature sensors
- Electrical power cabinet and touchscreen HMI interface
- Automatic detergent and disinfectant dosing
