Automatic washing station
The automatic car wash station, designed in our workshop, offers optimal washing for all types of vehicles. This self-service wash station allows for efficient cleaning tailored to your needs, thanks to its adjustable flow system. With this self-service equipment, you can offer users a perfect way to remove grime and clean, to varying degrees, the nooks and crannies of cars, boat hulls, motorcycles, and trucks.
The car wash station is constructed of 304 stainless steel, including the frame and panels. The components are designed for both indoor and outdoor installation. Integrated sensors and automation allow for fully automated operation by the operator, requiring only the selection of the desired wash mode . Detergent is injected into the wash water (at low pressure) via a proportional dosing pump adjustable from 0 to 10%.
The low and high pressure washing is activated by selecting the setting via a push-button interface. The lower compartment is designed to hold the detergent container, a stainless steel retention tray for 25L square containers, with a suction tube and low-level float, and the fuel tank for the boiler (a 50L stainless steel tank with a DN65 filling cap, a visual level tube, a low-level probe for the fuel), as well as the air compressor for frost protection, with an adjustable probe monitoring the outside temperature for automatic switching of the unit to frost protection mode with automatic compressed air purging of the high-pressure network.
The washing equipment is then shut down, the "frost protection" indicator light is on, and when the temperature rises above freezing, the washing functions are operational again. The unit is also equipped with internal insulation and a self-regulating internal fan heater to protect the technical equipment from freezing. The air compressor allows the high-pressure lines to be purged via a set of timed automatic valves. This operation requires the removal of the wash gun/lance . The fume outlet at the top is adjustable. It can be used with various tools, lances, and foam units.

The chassis and piping are constructed of welded 304L stainless steel. A dedicated technical compartment is accessible via a hinged front door. The door features a secure locking mechanism. The TERRA BL can be installed indoors or outdoors. Depending on the model, the TERRA BL operates with either cold or hot water.
