Bin turner washer, TETRA LRB.

 

The bin washer-turner is one of Montanier's flagship products. This machine allows cleaning with high pressure jets inside and this, at 360° on all the walls of the tank. Coupled with detergent products, washing will be even more pronounced.

Turning unit for containers from 60L to 1100L with one or 2 high pressure rotating heads with an integrated high pressure unit. The washing of the bins is done by an automated cycle with detergent which disinfects / decontaminates the interior of the waste containers, allows the washing of the bins very quickly, without projections for the users. Positioning of 1 or 2 bins depending on the volumes. Possibility of supplying hot water from the external network, maximum temperature of 55°. The motorized washing heads designed in patented stainless steel allow washing by an HP nozzle rotating on a 360° axis. The nozzle is sized so as to limit the scribbling effect. TETRA LRB is robust, ergonomic and safe equipment for the operator.

Interior washing of DASRI bins, for household waste or similar, from 60L to 1100L using one or 2 high pressure rotating heads impacting the interior surfaces of each bin at 360°. Positioning of 1 or 2 bins depending on the volumes.

Frame, control box and washing enclosure made of 304L stainless steel. Bucket for holding and tilting the bins, providing anti-splash protection for the operators.

Fight against MSDs: ergonomic installation plan to facilitate the introduction and removal of containers. The operator puts the tray in position by rolling it. Hydraulic control unit for movement management and safety sensors. Control box with push buttons.

Piping and components in contact with washing water in stainless steel, (with respect for slopes) to guarantee gravity flow. Right or left drain outlet.

Integrated high-pressure washing unit for autonomous equipment, supplied with water from your network (possible up to 60°C). Product injection by metering pump. Integrated contact time.

7 possible options: exterior spray boom, manual washing lance, light curtain, washing area door, compressed air purge, injection of 1 additional product, screen.
