Interior washing of 30L to 220L drums using a high-pressure rotating head impacting the interior surfaces of each drum at 360°. External washing of barrels using high pressure booms.

Frame, washing enclosure and process components in 304L stainless steel with inclined design to ensure efficient gravity flow during washing.

Ergonomic installation plan and rollers to facilitate the insertion and removal of large diameter drums. A support chair is provided for barrels of smaller diameters.

Piping and components in contact with rinsing water in 316L stainless steel with respect for slopes to guarantee gravity flow.

Injection of detergent product by dosing pump. Integrated contact time.

4 possible options: compressed air purge, injection of 1 additional product, 316L stainless steel sheet metal.
