Automatic washing station
The automatic car wash designed in our workshop offers optimal washing for all types of vehicles. This self-service washing station allows you to clean efficiently and according to your needs, thanks to its adjustable flow rate system. So with this self-service equipment, you will offer users a perfect way to degrease, clean more or less strongly the corners of cars, boat hulls, motorcycles and heavy goods vehicles.
The washing station is built in stainless steel 304, frame and panels, the components are chosen so that they can be installed both indoors and outdoors. The integrated sensors and automation allow automatic use for the operator, with a simple selection of the desired washing mode . The detergent is injected into the washing water (low pressure) via a proportional metering pump adjustable from 0 to 10%.
Low and high pressure washing is operated with selection by a push button interface. The lower compartment is intended to receive the detergent container, a stainless steel retention tank for 25L square containers, with suction rod and low level float and the fuel tank for the boiler, a 50 L stainless steel tank with filler cap DN65, visual level tube, low level sensor for fuel oil, as well as the air compressor for frost protection, with an adjustable sensor monitoring the outside temperature for automatic switching of the bollard to frost protection mode with purge automatic with compressed air from the high pressure network.
The washing equipment is then condemned, the "frost protection" light is on, when the temperature returns to positive, the washing functions are operational again, the terminal is also equipped with interior insulation and an automatic internal fan heater. -regulated to protect technical equipment from freezing, the air compressor allows the HP pipes to be purged via a set of timed automatic valves. This operation requires the dismantling of the washing lance gun . The smoke outlet in the upper part is adjustable. Possibility of use with various tools, lance, aerator box.
