Interior washing of 2 drums from 30L to 220L simultaneously, using heads, high pressure, rotating on 2 axes at 360°. The exterior washing of the drums is carried out using fixed washing ramps (drums mounted on turntables). Rotation of the drums by belt drives without the plates.
Washing chamber made of 304L or 316L stainless steel accessible by curtain. The bottom of the enclosure features a sloped design to ensure efficient gravity flow during washdowns.
Dedicated technical enclosure accessible by hinged door and removable panels to facilitate maintenance in the lower part of the machine.
Piping and components in contact with rinsing water in 316L stainless steel with respect for slopes to guarantee gravity flow.
Man-machine interface managed by touch screen. Traceability of cycles possible by saving and printing tickets.
