Do you have difficulty cleaning and degreasing the inside of your barrels? To effectively disinfect your barrels, we have imagined a machine that uses a powerful rotating head to wash the inside of your barrel. Tilted at 45, the canister does not fill. Thus, the jets inside the container degrease and sanitize all of the internal walls of the barrel. Quick and easy to use, you will save precious time.
TETRA LF, a high-pressure washer , ensures the interior washing of containers with total opening from 30L with speed and efficiency by optimizing working conditions. It is possible to set up plastic containers as well as stainless steel containers.
The 45° inclination allows easy installation of heavy containers and optimized ergonomics of use, the positioning of the barrel inclined on guide rollers facilitating the evacuation of waste water. A drum presence detector for safety authorizing the start of the cycle only with a drum in the correct position. The high-pressure rotating head generates 360° jets impacting surfaces. Washing is done by automated cycle with detergent. This HP washing system reduces water consumption and waste.
