Our Innovations - Army sector
Since 1976, Montanier teams have constantly innovated to meet the needs of its customers.
For Defense, we have designed washing areas for military vehicles, Armored Infantry Combat Vehicles (VBCI), canadairs, but more specifically:
- Specific washing areas allowing users to wash vehicles down to -10°C with paving equipped with heating cords connected to remote management and nozzles operating with high-pressure hot water.
- A rinsing area for canadairs to remove the salt deposited following aircraft landings with a horizontal ramp integrated into the paving for the lower part of the aircraft and two poles equipped with high-flow lances for the upper part of the plane.
- High-flow, low-pressure chassis washing ramps with automatic start and stop.
- High-pressure low-flow chassis washbars, mobile or fixed, with automatic start and stop.
- Dabbling stations equipped with detachable rollers for rotation of the tracks, and oscillating under-frame and side ramps.
- High-pressure hot and/or cold water washing stations on automatic reels or garland rails.
- Washing stations equipped with catwalks.
- Specific washing areas responding to the SCORPION program.
- Recycling channels that treat 80% of washing water.

Specific washing area
Specific washing area for severe conditions with paving and high pressure equipment for the army. This solution allows washing down to -10°C. Thus, thanks to these criteria, this washing area is particularly appreciated for washing VBCI (Armored Infantry Combat Vehicles).
