Wirebox washing tunnel

Montanier has innovated by designing a washing tunnel . This is an automatic wire crate washing line, with a washing tunnel and water recycling skid. Montanier is international since, among many other equipment, these washing tunnels have been installed in different countries.

Bin washing cabin

Washing cabin with automatic turning of DASRI and similar bins. This automatic cabin is used to wash bins for hospitals or other waste treatment stations. The washing is carried out at high pressure with the addition of disinfectant, allowing a rapid cycle time.

Gas cylinder drying tunnel

Montanier innovated by designing a drying tunnel for gas cylinders. Following the gas cylinder pre-washing and washing skids, this blowing tunnel allows the cylinders to be dried. They are then sent to the rest of the data processing process. The efficiency of these tunnels is recognized thanks to high flow turbines.

Leak test cabins

Montanier has developed leak test cabins. For Schneider Electric, we have installed two test cabins to validate the tightness of parts. By scrupulously following the standards in force, these cabins allow you to carry out IP54, IP55, Nema4, IP68 and IP69K sealing tests.

Solvent washing tanks

Montanier has developed tanks for a paint production line. This ATEX equipment integrates perfectly for optimal industrial washing with water or solvent, depending on the type of paint produced. An ATEX skid allows for closed-circuit operation and allows the used solvent to be returned to the factory network.

Wash water recycling skid

Washing and distribution water recycling skid for gas tunnels. This skid works with a curved filter, automatic rotary filters and circulation pumps. Washing is carried out at low or medium pressure.

Water filtration and recycling

Montanier has developed a filtration and recycling system for wash water. Always committed to protecting the environment, we developed a wash water treatment system for a tunnel that washes very dirty train parts. Our teams equipped the system with a belt filter with metal particle suction. This system recycles the wash water. This allows the wash bath to be used for a very long period before emptying. All of this is in order to move towards a zero discharge objective.

High pressure skid and recycling channel

Montanier has innovated by developing a high pressure skid and a recycling channel. This skid distributes washing water to the tunnel automatically. A lifting pump is used to send the washing water to the treatment skid equipped with a band filter, and a battery of oil separator and activated carbon filters. This allows you to use the water again for high pressure washing. The water savings are immense. This skid works at 180Bar, 6m3/h, in hot water at 70°C, 24 hours a day.

Gas bottle washing tunnel

Washing tunnel for household gas cylinders, from 5 to 15 kg. This tunnel allows gas cylinders to be washed in recycled water. It makes it possible to follow the pace of the production line of the bottle reconditioning plant. These tunnels are installed in France but also throughout the world (Brazil, Ghana, etc.)
