Water treatment and recycling
At Montanier, our water treatment system allows to recycle up to 80-85% of washing watercontributing to sustainable and economic management of resources. In order to achieve this performance, our R&D team has developed a three complementary steps :
1. Pretreatment (buried installation)
We start with a slurry tank operating on the principle of settling. This method effectively separates solid particles water due to the difference in density. One oil separator completes the device to remove floating pollutants and protect the rest of the pipeline.
2. Secondary treatment (buried facility)
Secondary treatment is based on 20 m3 lift tank with aerobic biological reactor. This reactor contains micro-organisms that consume dissolved pollution through oxygen injection. One recirculation pump recovers the biological sludges to return them to the dump tank, thus ensuring a continuous optimization of processing.
3. Tertiary treatment (air installation)
Tertiary treatment includes skid filtration which improves the quality of recycled water before storage. Filtered water is then directed to a buffer tank, ensuring stable supply of High quality treated water.
Our treatment line is Sized according to the number of buses and coaches washed daily, ensuring efficient recycling adapted to your needs.

Your water treatment follows: The CYCLA FE allows you to bring a recycling solution to your existing or new washing solutions.
The entire recycling system is placed in a mobile container, heated and protecting the equipment from the weather.
Several levels of filtration: a separation of sludge and hydrocarbons, then a finer and automated filtration.
Pump to return to your washing and rinsing tanks or networks (option).
Continuous disinfection of stored water to prevent bacterial proliferation: UV lamp, activated charcoal, antibacterial agent.
