Internal cleaning of DASRI bins, with household or similar waste, of 120L, 240L, and 500L & pallet cases of 1200 x 800 x 740mm (470L) and 1200 x 1000 x 760mm (680L), using one or two high-pressure rotary heads impacting at 360° the inner surfaces of each bin.
Building, control box and washing cabinet made of 304L stainless steel. Holding and tilting buckets & boxes, ensuring anti-splatter for operators
TMS control: ergonomic installation plan to facilitate the introduction and exit of bins & crates. Hydraulic movement management plant and safety sensors. Order box with push buttons.
Pipes and components in contact with stainless steel wash water, (with respect for slopes) to ensure a gravitational flow. Discharge exit right or left.
Integrated high-pressure washing unit for autonomous equipment, supplied with water from your network (possible up to 60°C). Injection of product by dosing pump. Integrated contact time.
