Handling equipment drying gantry

High flow rate blowing gantry in a hot environment allowing drying on MANITOU-type handling equipment. This autonomous and automatic gantry is proven for drying before re-painting, for example. This drying mode allows you to obtain an optimal result in the most difficult to reach places.

Stainless steel sheet washing tunnel

The stainless steel sheet design of the washing tunnel allows for easy maintenance over time. Our design office knows how to adapt its designs to the constraints of different sectors, such as the pharmaceutical sector. Everything is carried out according to the rules of the art to meet your requirements.

Cycle washing tunnel

Here's an example of a washing tunnel in operation. The high-flow washing ramps provide optimal efficiency. They facilitate the washing of heavily soiled items, particularly those full of grease. The internal conveyor allows the items to be oscillated for greater efficiency. Washing with hot water circulation and added soda helps limit water consumption.

Train parts washing tunnels

Montanier has developed a tunnel for washing train parts. This tunnel has a double North/South entrance in order to place heavy parts. These parts can weigh up to 5 tons for this one, but up to more than 25 tons for some tunnels of our manufacture, such as pallets of various parts. The conveyors allow use and ergonomics adapted to the production site.
