An eco-friendly and efficient system
The Washing tunnel is a fixed material Planned for parade washing. Its structure is fully galvanized hot allowing its installation inside and outside.
Many mechanical components are made of stainless steel to ensure durability and reliability.
The 4 side brushes distributed in the inlet and outlet boxes, are suspended from motorized trolleys with a rotation of 100 rpm moving on stainless steel guidance ramps in complete autonomy (regardless of each other).
The roof brush is integrated into an additional box located at the tunnel entrance. This box imposes an additional 2 feet, identical to the 6 of the basic version.
We have installed a processing line for recycling about 70-80% of washing water (100% added with rainwater subject to on-site rainfall).
A technical space has been set up for the installation of different washing and water treatment equipment. The technical Bungalow is placed on a concrete slab located next to the washing area and resistant to winds of 130 km/h. The technical bungalow is equipped with a fire extinguisher and an emergency stop button on the outside face 1.20 m from the ground.
