1976
The Montanier company was founded by Mr. Montanier, initially focusing on the sale and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment. Very quickly, the company expanded its expertise to include the design of the first mobile cleaners and automated high-pressure washing systems (patents filed with the INPI).
2019
In March, MONTANIER was integrated into the VALDENE group. The management team and staff were strengthened to continue the company's development.
2020
Creation of a Business Unit dedicated to Maintenance & After-Sales Service (Montanier brand and other manufacturers)
2022
The Maintenance Business Unit is growing by 20% annually in both activity and staff. In two years, branches have been established in Paris, Lyon, Avignon, and Reims to improve customer proximity.
2024
Montanier is expanding internationally

Launch of a new "Caribbean & West Indies" establishment. Creation of 2 complementary Business Units for new machines.
