The Communauté de Communes du Pays des Paillons entrusted MONTANIER with the design and construction of a washing area for its household waste collection vehicles. It is located on the site of the new waste disposal center in Contes (06).
This area is composed of:
- 1 chassis wash ramp with automatic activation upon the arrival of a vehicle
- 1 high-flow lance for washing the inside of the garbage bin
- Two high-pressure lances, one on a pole and the other on a 360° boom, allow for exterior vehicle washing with detergent injection
- 1 fully equipped technical room for equipment management
- 1 hydrocarbon separator for treating water from the wash area before discharge into the wastewater system
