Wire crate washing tunnel

Montanier has innovated by designing a washing tunnel . This is an automated wire crate washing line, complete with a washing tunnel and a water recycling skid. Montanier has an international presence, as these washing tunnels, among many other pieces of equipment, have been installed in various countries.

Bin washing booth

Washing booth with automatic tipping of infectious medical waste containers and similar items. This automated booth allows for the washing of containers for hospitals or other waste treatment facilities. Washing is carried out at high pressure with the addition of disinfectant, ensuring a rapid cycle time.

gas cylinder drying tunnel

Montanier has innovated by designing a drying tunnel for gas cylinders. Following the pre-washing and washing skids for the gas cylinders, this blow-drying tunnel allows the cylinders to dry. They are then sent to the next stage of the processing line. The efficiency of these tunnels is due to their high-flow turbines.

Leak testing booths

Montanier has developed leak testing booths. For Schneider Electric, we installed two test booths for validating the leak-tightness of components. By strictly adhering to current standards, these booths allow for IP54, IP55, NEMA4, IP68, and IP69K leak-tightness testing

Solvent washing tanks

Montanier has developed tanks for a paint production line. These ATEX-certified units integrate seamlessly for optimal industrial washing using either water or solvent, depending on the type of paint being produced. An ATEX skid enables closed-loop operation and allows the used solvent to be returned to the factory network.

Wash water recycling skid

Skid for recycling wash and distribution water for gas tunnels. This skid operates with a curved filter, automatic rotary filters, and circulation pumps. Washing is carried out at low or medium pressure.

Water filtration and recycling

Montanier has developed a filtration and recycling system for wash water. Always mindful of environmental protection, we have developed a wash water treatment system for a tunnel used to wash heavily soiled train parts. Our teams have equipped the system with a belt filter that also suctions metallic particles. This system allows for the recycling of wash water, thus enabling the wash bath to be used for a very long period before being drained. All of this is aimed at achieving a zero-discharge objective.

High-pressure skid and recycling line

Montanier has innovated by developing a high-pressure skid and a recycling system. This skid automatically distributes the wash water to the tunnel. A lift pump then sends the wash water to the treatment skid, which is equipped with a belt filter and a battery of oil-separating and activated carbon filters. This allows you to reuse the water for high-pressure washing. The water savings are significant. This skid operates at 180 bar, 6 m³/h, using hot water at 70°C, 24/7.

Gas cylinder washing tunnel

Household gas cylinder washing tunnel, for cylinders from 5 to 15 kg. This tunnel allows for the washing of gas cylinders using recycled water. It enables the production line at the cylinder reconditioning plant to keep pace with production. These tunnels are installed in France and around the world (Brazil, Ghana, etc.)
