Project information

Our R&D team has developed equipment for washing multi-format containers. Our client needed to have a machine allowing the interior / exterior washing of multi-format containers used in the manufacture of non-injectable virus detection kits.
In addition, he wanted to have the traceability of washing cycles complying with the FDA 21 CFR PART 11 standard.
In view of the specific expectations of the client, we have created a tailor-made machine that meets the following criteria:
- Interior design without roughness or retention.
- Interior with mirror polished finish in 316L stainless steel.
- Design and manufacture of FDA-certified polymer shaped parts for fixing the various containers.
- Orbital welding as far as possible with traceability of each weld.
- Integration of a 110 bar 80 l/min high pressure washing head for the interior washing of containers.
- Addition of washing ramps in the upper and lower part of the cabin to impact all the exterior surfaces of the containers to be washed.
- Integration of a conductivity probe for validation of rinsing water.
- Sealing of the cabin by inflatable seal.
- Saving and printing of tickets at the end of the cycle.
