Street washing vehicle

Our clients in local authorities and road maintenance departments have various needs for washing equipment. At their request, we have developed an autonomous road washing vehicle capable of performing all types of cleaning for street furniture and other roads.

Our experience in the field has allowed us to develop the Autonomous Cleaning Vehicle. The VNA enables autonomous hot water high-pressure washing. This equipment is primarily intended for cleaning street furniture and underground containers.

The vehicle consists of:

• 1 commercial carrier vehicle
• If requested, a hydraulic drive and power take-off for the washing pump motor, otherwise, installation of a thermal engine.
• 1 Wash box equipped with an Aluminium water tank, Robust, 4 mm thick sheet metal, Epoxy paint, against corrosion and impacts, Anti-wave partition, Volume of 500 to 1000L.
• LOMBARDINI 3 or 4 cylinder diesel engine. Other brands available (Kubota, etc.), and optional soundproofing. Hydraulic drive can be installed if the vehicle chassis allows and if requested by the local authority.
• High-performance oil or diesel burner boiler, stainless steel coil optional. Easy maintenance access thanks to access doors and curtains.
• Automatic high-pressure hose reel, 20m long, 3/8" R2 diameter, with high-pressure gun and lance. Motorized reel optional
• 1 swiveling washing arm.
• The crate is equipped with plenty of storage space.
• Various accessories available on request: telescopic lance, soil stripping dome, weeding dome, disinfection and/or decontamination product + dome, front washing ramp, …
• Washing pressure and flow rate characteristics depending on the finish:
  • Pressure from 20 to 350 bar
  • High-pressure flow rate of 15 to 30 L/min as standard (more on request)

The car wash station is often equipped with a MONTANIER water treatment system in order to reuse the wash water and thus reduce water consumption by more than 80%.
