Small equipment washing cabin

MONTANIER is a pioneer in the design, manufacture, installation and qualification of tailor-made and highly efficient washing cabins for the cosmetics industry. Our know-how and our constant questioning have enabled us to develop, with one of our renowned customers, a small equipment washing cabin capable of having optimal efficiency in the washing of mascaras, foundations, ink or other lipsticks. Our cabins are designed to have an impeccable washing result, without the need for manual pre-washing. The quality of our design, hygienic, GMP and GMP compliant, is also very important in the production of our machines.

Our customer is thus able to wash and dry all types of small equipment, parts and utensils, such as:

Filters, sieves, maryses, shovels, buckets, punches, seals, elbows, buckets, cones, barrels, collars, lids, pumps, pallets….

Our machines are able to wash, deodorize, dry, with recognized efficiency, products such as:

Lotions, shampoos, mascaras, foundations, lipsticks, products containing Carbopol, products containing petroleum jelly, exfoliants, pigmented products, UV filters, perfumes, shower gels, toothpaste, foaming products…

The TETRA MLU-1500.P type utensil washing machine is composed of:

• A 316L stainless steel washing enclosure where an interchangeable washing basket is placed. This basket can be custom designed to suit your application . The enclosure is closed using a double vertical door and horizontal flap, locked.
• Four low-pressure washing ramps mounted on rotating joints allow washing in circulation (water saving), and rinsing with waste water, softened water or purified water.
• A soundproof technical space accessible from:
  • The sides of the machine using removable access panels
  • The facade using two access doors placed under the washing enclosure
