Washing chamber made of 304L or 316L stainless steel, accessible via a safety glass door and watertight side doors. The chamber's base has a sloping design to ensure efficient gravity drainage during washing. The parts to be washed are placed on HDPE gratings for optimal hygiene
Dedicated technical enclosure accessible via a hinged door and removable panels to facilitate maintenance.
Piping and components in contact with wash water are made of brass and stainless steel, or entirely stainless steel depending on the finish. The Pharma finish indicates that the enclosure and piping are made of 316L stainless steel. The exterior sheets are polished to a 220 grit finish.
Various options available: Integrated air extractor, 23L/min pump, detergent/disinfectant injection, side openings with access table and flexible entrance and exit curtain.
