Montanier is innovating in the field of industrial washing with the development of a conveyor wash tunnel specifically designed for buses with large, forward-facing rearview mirrors.
Thanks to a complete redesign of the conveyor system and the arrangement of the side brushes, Montanier guarantees optimal and safe washing for large vehicles, while maintaining a fast cycle time of 1 to 1.5 minutes.

This innovation allows bus and public transport fleet operators to benefit from an efficient, safe and compatible automatic washing system for all types of modern buses, including those with large rearview mirrors.

In addition, the wash tunnel incorporates an intelligent speed controller, an essential safety device that regulates the speed of the bus entering the tunnel.

• If the speed exceeds 5 km/h, the system automatically locks to avoid any risk of damage to the vehicle or machine.

• If the speed is less than 5 km/h, the wash cycle starts, ensuring cleaning quality and optimal operation.
